Labels:text | screenshot | font | black and white OCR: Spectral Dynamics This process performs gating, ducking, compression and expansion on spectral data. Each band operates separately. Set the number of bands for finer or coarser frequency resolution. Set the highest and lowest band to limit the range of frequencies affected. The threshold is the volume at which a sound will be affected. You can choose to affect sounds above or below this threshold. Also, you can use the spectrum of an external soundfile to set individuel thresholds for each band. The expander and compressor work downward. That is, OdB stays at OdB but the lower level signals are affected by the process.
